功能特點
微機控制電子式測試儀是我公司開發(fā)的經濟實用型機型,本產品采用高強度光杠固定上橫梁和工作臺面,使之構成高剛性的門式框架結構,采用國產伺服電機驅動,伺服電機通過傳動機構帶動橫梁上下移動,實現(xiàn)試驗加載過程。拉伸壓縮空間相對小,柱間距小。配置相對低端。精度1級。
微機控制電子式測試儀主要用于各種金屬、非金屬及復合材料進行力學性能指標的測試。精密的自動控制和數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制過程的全數(shù)字化調整。在拉伸試驗中,檢測材料的承載拉力、抗拉強度、伸長變形、延伸率等技術指標。以上檢測參數(shù)在試驗結束后,由微電腦控制器根據(jù)試驗開始時設置的試驗參數(shù)條件自動計算,同時顯示相應的試驗結果,并自動保存;各檢測參數(shù)在試驗結束后可查詢顯示。
