微機(jī)控制電子式測(cè)試儀是我公司開(kāi)發(fā)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用型機(jī)型,本產(chǎn)品采用高強(qiáng)度光杠固定上橫梁和工作臺(tái)面,使之構(gòu)成高剛性的門(mén)式框架結(jié)構(gòu),采用國(guó)產(chǎn)伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),伺服電機(jī)通過(guò)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)橫梁上下移動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)加載過(guò)程。拉伸壓縮空間相對(duì)小,柱間距小。配置相對(duì)低端。精度1級(jí)。
微機(jī)控制電子式測(cè)試儀主要用于各種金屬、非金屬及復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)的測(cè)試。精密的自動(dòng)控制和數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制過(guò)程的全數(shù)字化調(diào)整。在拉伸試驗(yàn)中,檢測(cè)材料的承載拉力、抗拉強(qiáng)度、伸長(zhǎng)變形、延伸率等技術(shù)指標(biāo)。以上檢測(cè)參數(shù)在試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,由微電腦控制器根據(jù)試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始時(shí)設(shè)置的試驗(yàn)參數(shù)條件自動(dòng)計(jì)算,同時(shí)顯示相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,并自動(dòng)保存;各檢測(cè)參數(shù)在試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后可查詢顯示。
